		<description>I love this.  Dell has made some serious screw ups in this space, but I have tremendous respect for any brand that actually talks about mistakes in some genuine way and hopefully looks at what caused those mistakes and then does something to correct it.

So many brands avoid social media and any conversation out of a fear about this, perhaps of being exposed in some way, but its unavoidable and made even worse when they wall themselves in.
